Pump Station Construction Update
Beginning the week of May 18, preliminary work for the pump station project will begin. Actual construction of the pump station is tentatively scheduled to start in mid-June and continue through completion, which is anticipated by September 30, 2026. Construction hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hours may be extended as needed depending on construction progress and weather conditions. PECO WORK NOTICE
Construction on Barren Road - Pole work on existing (No replacement) and Country Village Way. Installation of underground cables & transformers is scheduled to begin mid-April 2026 and is expected to be completed by July 2026. Crews may need to temporarily interrupt service to safely complete some of this work. PECO will work with local residents to ensure they are informed in advance of their activities and any planned interruptions.

ROAD NOTICE
Weather permitting, Jurich Inc., the contractor, will be conducting soft-dig utility exploration, excavation, and force
main construction starting on March 23, 2026. The work is anticipated to take
approximately 120 days for substantial completion. Hours of construction are weekdays, Monday
through Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 3:30 p.m. (may tentatively be
extended due to unforeseen emergencies). The majority of the work will be located within the cartway and public
right of way along N. Heilbron Drive, extending across West Rose Tree Road to
the end of the cul-de-sac of S. Heilbron Drive. Local traffic will be permitted. CLICK HERE for more information.
