Lenni Park Temporarily Closed for Construction
Lenni Park is temporarily CLOSED due to construction. For the safety of our residents and construction crews, all park facilities and areas are closed to the public until further notice. Please do not enter the construction area or access the park while work is underway. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to make improvements to Lenni Park. We look forward to welcoming everyone back when construction is complete.

Lenni Park Improvements - Phase 1
Construction on Phase 1 of the Lenni Park Improvement Project is scheduled to begin during the week of August 17, 2026 The overall project will be completed in two phases. Additional information regarding the project and construction activities will be provided as work progresses. Please be aware of construction activity in and around the park during this time. Pump Station Construction Update
Beginning the week of May 18, preliminary work for the pump station project will begin. Actual construction of the pump station is tentatively scheduled to start in mid-June and continue through completion, which is anticipated by September 30, 2026. Construction hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hours may be extended as needed depending on construction progress and weather conditions. Road Closure - Pembroke Drive
Pembroke Drive will be closed to traffic between Mt. Alverno Road and Middletown Road during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for gas main installation.

Sewer Authority Maintenance Program Scheduled
September 2026 - As part of the MTSA’s sanitary sewer infrastructure
inspection program, the Authority’s Maintenance Contractor, MOR Construction,
will be performing sanitary sewer jetting and closed-circuit television (CCTV)
