Middletown Township is moving to GovWell - October 13, 2026
Middletown Township is excited to announce the launch of GovWell!
Our new online portal for permits, licenses, inspections, and code-related applications.
Beginning on this date, applicants are expected to use GovWell for permit and licensing submissions. We will no longer be accepting paper permit applications, plans, or supporting documentation. All submissions must be completed electronically through the GovWell portal. This change will help streamline application processing, plan review, inspections, and communication with applicants. Lenni Park Temporarily Closed for Construction
Lenni Park is temporarily CLOSED due to construction. For the safety of our residents and construction crews, all park facilities and areas are closed to the public until further notice. Please do not enter the construction area or access the park while work is underway. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to make improvements to Lenni Park. We look forward to welcoming everyone back when construction is complete.

Construction on Phase 1 of the Lenni Park Improvement Project is scheduled to begin during the week of August 17, 2026 The overall project will be completed in two phases. Additional information regarding the project and construction activities will be provided as work progresses. Please be aware of construction activity in and around the park during this time. We appreciated the community's patience and cooperation as these improvements are made. CLICK HERE for more information.
Beginning the week of May 18, preliminary work for the pump station project will begin. Actual construction of the pump station is tentatively scheduled to start in mid-June and continue through completion, which is anticipated by October 2026. Construction hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hours may be extended as needed depending on construction progress and weather conditions. Sewer Authority Maintenance Program Scheduled
September 2026 - As part of the MTSA’s sanitary sewer infrastructure inspection program, the Authority’s Maintenance Contractor, MOR Construction, will be performing sanitary sewer jetting and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspections throughout the Riddlewood and Lenni Communities.
