Building Permit Information and Forms
The Planning & Development Department is happy to assist you through the permitting process for any building project, large or small. Even if you aren’t sure you need a permit for your project, we can answer your questions and ensure your project complies with the relevant code and permitting requirements. Please visit the links below for additional information on each type of permit and to access the various forms.
To ensure staff availability, the scheduling of appointments is recommended for the submission of multiple building permit applications related to larger commercial and residential projects. This includes new construction, additions, major alterations, pools and certain accessory structures.
