Building Permit Information and Forms

The Planning & Development Department is happy to assist you through the permitting process for any building project, large or small.  Even if you aren’t sure you need a permit for your project, we can answer your questions and ensure your project complies with the relevant code and permitting requirements. The scheduling of appointments to review the permit package prior to submittal is encouraged for larger projects involving multiple permits (typically commercial or residential projects for a new building, addition, major alterations, pools or other structures).  To schedule, please reach out to Permit Coordinator Michele Smith by email at  msmith@middletowndelcopa.gov,or by calling 610-565-2700 x221.
