The Planning and Development Department is responsible for:

  •         Building Permitting, Plan Reviews and Inspections for Residential and Commercial construction projects
  •         Zoning, Subdivision and Land Development administration and oversight
  •         Code Enforcement
  •         Community Planning

Township Building & Zoning forms, permits, and applications are available for download below.  The forms can be printed out and either mailed, faxed (For Emergencies Only) , or brought into the Township offices.
